Why choose us?

The construction process can be daunting.  Add in the complications of SDA/LHA or sustainability and you need to know that your team has it covered.  Get it right 1st time with us.  Our clients have differing objectives, from minimum compliance using cost effective solutions, to bespoke creative and innovative approaches to meet specific needs.

Having worked with builders of all sizes (both in Australia and in the UK), home owners, developers and other stakeholders such as occupational therapists and certifiers, our experience and approach is unique and targeted.

This is not just about designing a floor plan.  It is about understanding the intricacies of how the building will be used, how it relates to it's surrounding environment and how it can achieve the best long term benefits for you and your clients.

An early adopter, Rachel registered her previous employer as one of the first SDA and home modifications builders in Cairns.  She has undertaken the Diploma in Access Consulting and has advocated for all new homes to be silver level accessible, similar to the UK model which has been in place for over 25 years (her own 9 star energy rated home demonstrating the ease with which this can be achieved was featured on 'Best Houses Australia).  Several client homes have been designed and  built with accessibility (up to high physical support) and lifetime home considerations included. Rachel has designed, costed and assisted in implementing a variety of home modifications projects for NDIS participants.
